Processing Time
We usually process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods (e.g. Black Friday), processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Origin
All orders for the US & Canada are shipped directly from our US warehouse in Illinois. No extra duties & tax will apply for US orders after checkout.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- US: from $5.37, delivery in 3-7 business days
- Canada: from $14.30 CAD, delivery in 1-2 weeks (Economy)
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible at office@createdbyill.com with your cancellation or modification request.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If your order has already been shipped, you may be able to update the shipping address directly with the courier.

All Created By Ill pieces are designed in-house from scratch in Vienna and are exclusively available through our official website.
As our designs have gained popularity, similar-looking versions may appear on other platforms. However, these are not affiliated with us and do not reflect our design process, materials, or quality standards.
As a matter of principle, we do not source or resell existing products. Each piece is developed independently with the intention of creating meaningful, original design.
For our US customers, returns are simple: just use our online return portal to start the process. Please note that a flat fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
If you’d like to exchange your jewelry for another size, please send us an email after submitting your return with the desired size. We’ll ship the replacement once we’ve received your return.

If there are any changes to this timeline, we’ll send you an email update with the latest production status.
Avoid wearing it while swimming or showering, as water can affect its color. Hot weather and sweat can have a similar impact, so be mindful on warm days. Apply beauty products like perfumes before putting on your jewelry. When not in use, store your pieces in their original packaging, away from humidity (bathroom).

Currently, we don’t have a specific “gift” option at checkout, but don’t worry—no pricing information is included in the package. Plus, every order comes with a handwritten thank-you note, making it a thoughtful and personal gift!
In some cases, your address may be in what FedEx calls an “Out of Delivery Area” - meaning it’s outside their standard delivery zones. Because of that, an extra delivery fee applies, and we unfortunately can’t offer our usual free shipping there.
