Shipping

All orders will leave our facility after 1-2 working days.
The shipping cost will be automatically added at the checkout.

You will pay no shipping fee if you order above a certain amount (found at the very top of the page).

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days by writing us a simple email to get your return label. Returns from countries other than Germany and Austria will have to be done on your end, please contact us before doing so.

We currently offer free returns from Germany & Austria.
