2 Year Warranty

Your jewelry should last – and so should your trust in it. That’s why every Created By Ill piece comes with a two-year warranty, covering any material or craftsmanship defects. If the unexpected happens, we’ll take care of it – because what matters to you, matters to us.

What's Covered Under Our Warranty

Our 2-year warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects - faults in materials or craftsmanship
  • Broken clasp or connectors
  • Faulty soldering or construction issues
  • Noticeable fading of gold plating within reasonable use

If your piece shows any of these issues, we'll either repair or replace it free of charge.

What's Not Covered

While we stand behind our quality, the following are not covered under the warranty:

  • Normal wear & tear (scratches, dents, patina)
  • Broken chains due to pulling or snagging
  • Damage from accidents or improper storage
  • Third-party repairs or alterations
  • Loss or theft
  • Surface wear on gold & silver plating

How To Request A Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewelry is covered by our warranty, simply send us:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the piece
