Return & Exchange
Not quite right? No problem. You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
How it works
- Start your request in our returns portal. You'll need your order number and the postal code it was shipped to.
- We email you a return label and instructions.
- Send the package back within 14 days of starting your request.
- Once it arrives and passes a quick check, we process your refund or exchange.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Exchanges are shipped as soon as your return passes our check.
Good to know
- Items must come back unworn and in their original condition, with any packaging intact.
- Return shipping is paid by you and is roughly the same as the original shipping fee.
- Only items listed in your return request can be processed — please don't add anything that wasn't registered.
